Saturday Softball Senior Day Start Time Pushed Back; Baseball at Mount Saint Vincent Moved to Sunday
The softball home twinbill vs. Baruch at Gil Hodges Field has been pushed back to 2 p.m. Baseball will face Mount Saint Vincent on Sunday at Calvert Vaux Park at noon.
This is the second weekly award for the Bears this season.
Wednesday's baseball home game vs. John Jay and the softball road doubleheader vs. Lehman have been rained out.
The Bears fell to 3-13 in league play with the two losses.
Rooke Kyle McLaughlin roped a pair of doubles in the first game.
Adam Schwartz had six hits, six RBI, and six runs scored as the Bears outscored the Maccabees 30-5 over the twinbill.
The Bears will square off with the Maccabees at 9:30 a.m. on Friday in Brooklyn
Michael Ryan went 1-for-3 with a double in the loss.
The Bears will look to improve upon their 3-23 (1-9 Skyline) record during the road trip.
