**NEW UPDATES FOR 2012-2013**
Medical Forms have gone paperless! All Student-Athletes will now be able to submit their entire medical packet online. Once a Student-Athlete has registered online to SportsWare, they will be able to upload all forms without stepping foot in the Training Room!

IN NEED OF AN EVALUATION OR TREATMENT?
Before heading down to a crowded Training Room, you can now schedule an appointment Online with an Athletic Trainer through SportsWare. Always make sure your appointment has been Confirmed!
Once you’re here, make sure to follow these policies and rules while in the Training Room.
